LCC is a community where families can grow and lead their children into a relationship with Jesus.  While a core desire is to help dads, moms, grandparents, and other family nurture a love for Christ at home, programs are offered to assist in teaching and leading them to the Lord.  LCC is committed to partnering with parents to help raise young men and women that live to follow Christ.

Children’s Ministry at LCC is a vibrant group with many volunteers.  Each Sunday, around 23 volunteers provide hands and loving hearts for providing nursery care and classes and activities through 4th grade.  There are always opportunities to serve and you can learn more by contacting Diana Bayne at diana@longviewchristian.com or 903-758-6868.
Upcoming Events:
September 29:  Drive-In Movie Night from 6-8:30 in the Big Room for 1st – 4th graders
October 13:       Visit to St. Luke’s Pumpkin Patch in Kilgore at 10:30 for preschool and up

Sunday Mornings

9:30AM – Discipleship Hour

Kids Lessons – (Pre-K – 4th) – Every Sunday at 9:30, we have lessons that creatively teach the Bible to kids on their level.  We split our kids into grade levels to help gear lessons to their level of learning.  Nursery is also available during this time.

11:00AM – During  Service

Kids Worship – (1st – 4th) – We encourage all of our families to attend the Worship Gatherings together.   We do provide, for kids 1st-4th Grade, LCC Kids Worship, where there is a  lesson with activities designed for kids. Kids will stay with their family during worship time and will be dismissed to Kids Worship before the sermon.

Wee Worship (Nursery – Kindergarten) – Although we would love for kids to attend worship with their parents, we also understand that not all kids are able to sit through the entire service.  For that reason we also have a Nursery and Wee Worship time during this Worship Gathering.

Wednesday Nights (1st-4th)

Fun activities on Wednesday nights during the school year from 6:30 – 8:00pm.  Our Fall activities will begin September 14th. Keep an eye on the Calendar to see what’s going on and when.
