Good insight from Dr. Seuss! And we have some small persons that need your help. We are experiencing a lot of growth right now with our preschoolers as some have promoted up and several new children have joined us. If you would be interested in helping out with either the 2's and 3's or 4's and 5's - particularly during worship service - please let me know. We do Wee Worship on a weekly rotating schedule.
Along that same thought, we are starting to implement some procedures to make sure we have the safest environment possible for our kids. If you work with children - from birth through high school - you will be receiving a form to fill out for our church's screening process, which includes a background check. The agency we are working with requires this for anyone that comes in contact with kids on a regular basis. This will help protect our kids as we continue to grow and add new volunteers.
Just a reminder that Christmas musical rehearsals have begun Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:00. Please see me if your elementary-aged child would like to participate – the deadline for adding new kids is October 15th.
