Women's Self Defense Class

Just a reminder to the ladies about the Self-Defense class Thursday night from 6:30PM – 8:30PM. The class is at LCC in the “Big Room” and the cost is $15. Its not too late to sign up so come on and join us Thursday. If you haven’t turned in a Women’s Survey, please bring it as well. For those who want to eat dinner beforehand, join Renee Mitchell at Glory Bee’s on Judson Road at 5:15PM.

If you are planning on attending, remember to wear comfortable loose clothing.
