Ninos de Mexico: Day 1

Hola from Ninos de Mexico! Everyone arrived safely, but not without complications, of course. We are very sad that Judy Cortez was not able to complete the trip from DFW because her passport was not valid for air travel. However, Peachy and Germaine enjoyed the flight! It began raining on the 45 minute drive to the Genesis compound, and continued to pour. We enjoyed a hearty meal at 3, and after cleanup the girls enjoyed naps while the boys played frisbee.. in the rain. Temperatures are in the low sixties.. that's right, be jealous. :) Greg will lead a devo in about 20 minutes, and we are enjoying a light dinner right now of popcorn. Church is in the morning, and we are excited about worshipping with our brothers and sisters. We are in the same time zone, so we will be worshipping with you, only in a different location. Please continue to pray for our health and safety, along with God beginning to show His mighty hand at work here and in each of our lives. More updates to come!
