Fall Kickoff 2011
Last Sunday night, we had a great start to our life together this Fall! The Fall Kickoff leaves me in awe of what this church family can do together in the name of Jesus Christ. Of course, this event was filled with fun, laughter, goofiness, strangeness, creativity, tastiness, and a ton of sugar! But, in the middle of the event, I noticed the "more" of what was going on. Relationships were being built, conversations were starting that will be continued as people meet for a Care Group or over coffee. The signups for the various groups are just a start of what God can do through the times together when we meet.
If you helped with cleanup, decorated and planned the Dessert Bar, spent countless hours editing video, got on stage and acted a complete nut, or served quietly behind the scenes I pray you know the impact an event like this can have. Thank you so much for serving!
If you attended the event, we hope you find a small group to join quickly in order to continue your growth as a follower of Jesus here at LCC.

Remember, at LCC, the word "growth" is defined by people coming to know Jesus Christ as their Eternal Savior, as well as maturing together toward Christ-likeness in our hope-filled journey toward a glory-filled eternity with Him. I'm looking forward to that kind of growth with you! If the Fall Kickoff is any indication, it will be a fun and exciting journey!
